10 things to do before going to bed

For some of us, sleeping is sacred but for others it's just an activity that the body has to do so you can be functional the next day.
I can never have too much sleep, it's really nice waking up on a Saturday feeling rested and ready to start the weekend with a lot of energy. 

Sleep can heal from a cold to a broken heart. It's a great cure for different things, you get to forget what happened earlier and just concentrate in yourself.

Rumor has it, sleep is the best meditation, so what's better than having a cute & nice routine before going to bed and feel relaxed and cheerful for the next day? Let's start!

1. Drink a nice cup of cinnamon tea, get cozy!
2. Do (or think) a To Do List for the next day, let's be organized!
3. Spend some time with your loved ones or your pet <3
4. Read! Invest some time in an article or your favorite book, pair it with that hot tea!
5. Get your lips super soft and luscious, get some sugar and scrub them + moisturizer.
6. Pamper yo self. Scrub your face + get a fresh mask on!
7. Plan your outfit for the next day, it will save you time, trust me.
8. Turn off everything, put your cellphone in Airplane Mode, disconnect from everything.
9. Give thanks for everything, for your life, your family, your pets, your friends. It's important!

10. Get in bed and meditate. Start breathing deeply and clear your mind. Block every noise and eventually you'll fall asleep.

Okay, just doing this list made me feel rested haha.
